Internet Explorer sucks. It has security holes, popup ads, and all sorts of nonsense no good web browser should have.

I strongly recommend Mozilla Firebird instead.

You can download it from the link I gave above. For Windows, I recommend installing it through the Contributed Installer.

Once you've done that, I strongly recommend you get to know the browser, because its power is best unleashed when understood. There's a series of articles on how to use it that I recommend for this.
