Rhumba

I enabled PGP key storage. I think this is supposed to be for email posting, but it's nice to store PGP keys in lots of places.

The user capability synd_create was enabled to let people create syndicated “users” from RSS/Atom feeds.

If you want the ability to change “translated text” as used on Rhumba, you must (1) have the translate capability set to “en_LOCAL” and then you should go to http://blogs.jhu.edu/translate/. There's a search box, hooray.

I finally got en_LOCAL working. That's the LJ translation system that lets us gracefully change LJ site text and still stay in sync with their CVS.

Check out this and this, too. That was a pain last year, but luckily now someone has forged ahead of me.

This resolves this problem of ours.
