I’m adding the featured themes from wordpress.org.
According to the Lyceum FAQ, most Wordpress themes can be used with a simple modifications. However, if I’ve read the guide properly, the Lyceum 0.32 or higher does not require modifications at all.
I’ll use this post to test comments, which appear to be where the former incompatibility was.

Testing comments with Blix.
Blix appears to be broken. The code handling the top menu bar doesn’t work.

Testing comments with Connections. I think comments will just work with all themes at this point.

Apparently Almost Spring and Ocadia are broken. They insert additional tabs into the admin screen when they’re active, but do not remove them when they’re no longer active. We’ll have to look into this.
