redshifted blackbody spectrum

since the wavelengths are multiplied by a factor of (1+z), the spectrum at
temperature T & redshift z will look like the blackbody spectrum at
temperature T/(1+z) with an additional factor (1+z)^5, or (1+z)^3
in the frequency diagram.
